RAMP Global works with corporate and enterprise level customers to connect staffing agencies and global employers through a single, online platform. The project was undertaken when a previous rebrand of the business a few year prior proved not to resonate with their target audience. To ensure the outcomes of the rebrand were successful, a thorough evaluation and documentation of the core values, user profiles, tone of voice and brand persona were put in place to guide the design process.
